Drain Cleaning & Drain Unclogging

From a single slow shower drain to a blocked building main, we clear drains properly and explain why they blocked in the first place.

DRAIN CLEANING SERVICES

Every Drain in the Building

Shower Drain Cleaning

Hair, soap residue and body-oil buildup removed from shower and tub waste lines, including multi-unit stacks that keep re-blocking.

Sink Drain Unclogging

Kitchen, bathroom and utility sinks cleared and the trap and tailpiece cleaned out so flow comes back properly.

Toilet Clog Removal

Blockages in the fixture and in the branch line behind it, including the objects that should never have gone down in the first place.

Main Drain Cleaning

The building main and the line out to the street. When several fixtures are slow at once, this is usually where the problem is.

Floor & Basement Drains

Floor drains, garage drains and basement drains cleared so they can actually take water when something goes wrong.

Hydro Jetting

High-pressure water scouring the full pipe wall — the right method for grease, scale and heavy buildup that a cable just punches a hole through.

WHY IT MATTERS

New York Drains Block for Predictable Reasons

Restaurant and deli lines fill with grease and food solids. Multi-family bathroom stacks collect hair, wipes and soap scale until the branch line narrows to a trickle. Older cast iron and galvanized drainage roughens and corrodes on the inside, so solids catch instead of travelling. Construction debris, mortar and joint compound get washed down drains on renovation jobs and set hard.

Most clogged drain repair in this city is not a one-off accident — it is a buildup that has been growing for months. That is why we do not just clear the blockage and leave. We tell you where the buildup is, what is feeding it, and what will keep it coming back.

HYDRO JETTING

Cabling Punches a Hole. Jetting Cleans the Pipe.

A drain cable is the right tool for a solid obstruction — a wad of wipes, a root mass, a collapsed object. It clears a path and water flows again.

Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the entire inside wall of the pipe. On grease lines, scaled cast iron and mains that keep re-blocking every few months, jetting removes the material the cable leaves behind, which is what actually buys you time between services.

We will tell you honestly which method your line needs. If cabling is enough, we will not sell you jetting.

WARNING SIGNS

Your Main Drain Is About to Fail

Multiple fixtures are slow at once

One slow sink is a local clog. Slow drains on several floors points at the building main.

Gurgling from other fixtures

Air being pulled through traps is a classic sign of a partially blocked waste line.

Water rising in a tub or floor drain

When a toilet flush backs up somewhere lower in the building, the main is close to full blockage.

Persistent drain odours

Buildup and dry traps from slow flow leave a smell that cleaning products will not fix.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Drain Cleaning Questions

Yes — building mains, stacks and branch lines in multi-family and commercial properties are the majority of our drainage work, alongside restaurants and retail units.

If water is backing up into a unit or a basement, treat it as an emergency and call us. See our emergency plumbing page for what to do while the crew is on the way.

Yes. Kitchen grease buildup is one of the most common causes of repeated blockages in food-service spaces, and hydro jetting is usually the correct method for it.

Repeat blockages usually mean a damaged, bellied or heavily corroded line rather than a simple clog. At that point we move to a sewer inspection and repair conversation instead of cleaning the same line again.
